Description:  Looking for an opportunity to support middle school youth in a hands-on, differentiated, project-based robotics program? Our Middle Grades Robotics Summer Program is an innovative collaboration with the Somerville High School Robotics Team, supported by the Somerville Public Schools. We are looking for teachers to inspire students to learn about engineering and robotics, by teaching one class of 15-20 middle grades students. Duties include taking attendance, communicating with families, redirecting behaviors in a positive and supportive way, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Session 1: Monday July 8 through Friday July 12 from 8:15am - 12:45pm

Session 2: Monday July 15 through Friday 19 (Summer SPELL push-in, 8:15am - 12:45pm)

Session 3: Monday July 22 through Friday July 16 from 8:15am - 12:45pm

 

Salary:  $35 per hour
