Job Goal: Manage a diverse caseload of subsidized slots, helping with the dual authorizations, and ensure paperwork is accurate. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have excellent organization and customer service skills.

Special Requirements:
- BA preferred or AA degree in ECE or equivalent combination of education and experience while working on degree completion
- Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications:
Knowledge of:
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Community services for families
- Familiar with child care licensing requirements statewide
- Customer service skills
- EEC management systems
Ability to:
- Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
- Be organized and use effective time management
- Facilitate positive communication with customers
- Work collaboratively with agency staff as well as outside community agencies
Responsibilities:
- Mange the EEC background check for outside providers and CS staff
- Intakes and reassessments for subsidized slots
- Help with the EEC dual authorization for slots
- Maintain files
- Data input
- Keeping current with EEC policies & guidelines for childcare agencies
Terms of Employment:
- Part Time / Yearly Appointment
- School Year Schedule (September 2024–June 2025)
- Monday - Friday - Up to 12 hours per week
- If applicable: Out of regular school/work hours
- Location: Central Office / Community Schools
